A man in his 20s was due before a special sitting of Limerick District Court later today, charged in connection with a shooting incident.
Two houses on Lenihan Avenue in the city were damaged in the incident in the early hours of 29 July.
Two women and another man, who were also arrested for questioning, were released without charge.
