Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to an assault in Co Wexford last month to come forward.
Michael Connors, 21, was hospitalised following an incident at Belvedere Grove in the Clonard area of Wexford Town on the night of 29/30 June.
Mr Connors subsequently died in Beaumont Hospital on 8 July.
A post mortem examination was performed the next day by the Deputy State Pathologist, Dr Khalid Jabbar.
Dr Jabbar found that Mr Connors died as a result of head injuries.
Gardaí want to speak to anyone who has any information about the incident, particularly residents of Belvedere Grove, or anyone who was in the area before the incident, to contact them at Wexford Garda Station on 053-9165200.
