A 14-year-old boy was released without charge following an arrest over an alleged rape at a Dublin disco.
The boy had been arrested at Tramco nightclub in Rathmines at around 11.30pm on Thursday night after a 15-year-old girl alleged she had been raped in the toilets.
The nightclub was hosting a disco for Junior Certificate students.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
