Three men are being sought following an armed raid on a post office in the village of Granlahan, Co Roscommon.
Three men entered the post office shortly before 10am this morning. Gardaí say two appeared to be carrying firearms.
The postmistress was locked in a room and an undisclosed amount of money and a number of packs of cigarettes were taken.
No shots were fired during the raid and there were no injuries.
Gardaí say the raiders left the scene in a green Nissan Almera with a 01 LH registration.
