PSNI detectives have arrested a third person in connection with the abduction of a man in Co Antrim last Thursday.
The 32-year-old was arrested in the Antrim area.
He was questioned in connection with the abduction of a man from his home in Randalstown in the early hours of last Thursday.
The victim was driven around locked in the boot of his car for 24 hours while the kidnappers demanded a ransom from his family.
It is understood that no money was handed over to the gang.
The kidnap victim managed to eventually free himself.
A 31-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man were arrested over the weekend and are also in custody in connection with the abduction.
