Opposition parties have called for the Chief executive and the Chairman of Iarnród Eireann to resign as a result of last year's viaduct collapse in Malahide in Dublin.
Fine Gael's Fergus O' Dowd and Independent Senator Shane Ross made their comments at an Oireachtas Committee hearing today.
Iarnród Éireann Chief Executive Dick Fearn said the Malahide accident was taken extremely seriously and he was prioritising the actions that need to be taken.
