Three people remain in custody in connection with the stabbing of a 19-year-old man in Ballybeg in Waterford city last night.
The incident occurred at a house in Ardmore Park in the city at around 11pm.
The victim received a number of stab wounds and was taken to Waterford Regional Hospital, but has since been released.
Two of the three arrested are being detained at Waterford Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act and the third is being held at Tramore Garda Station.
