Four charged over Antrim disturbances

Four men in their 20s have been charged with a number of offences following disturbances in Ballycastle, Co Antrim.

The charges include riotous behaviour, possession of offensive weapons and resisting arrest.

The men are due to appear at Coleraine Magistrates' Court on 24 September.

19 people were arrested following trouble in the Diamond area of Ballycastle early yesterday morning.

Two police officers sustained minor injuries.
