A 26-year-old man who was being questioned in connection with the murder of Kenneth Fetherston has been released from garda custody.
A file is to be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The body of Mr Fetherston, 26, was found in the Dublin Mountains in January of this year - nine months after he was reported missing.
Five people have now been questioned in connection with the case.
