A man wanted by Spanish authorities to face terrorism charges, including murder, is due before a Belfast court tomorrow.
The 40-year-old was initially arrested on Thursday as part of a joint operation involving police in Northern Ireland and Spain.
He was later released but subsequently re-arrested on foot of a European Arrest Warrant.
The man is a suspected member of the Basque separatist group ETA.
He is wanted in Spain in connection with several attacks, including a 2001 car bombing which killed a senior army officer and a policeman.
