A 31-year-old man arrested by detectives investigating the murder of a prominent loyalist in Belfast last Friday has been released unconditionally.
Bobby Moffett was shot dead on the Shankill Road.
He had strong links to the UVF and was well-known in loyalist paramilitary circles.
It is understood the murder was linked to a personal dispute.
Police have described the shooting as 'a cold-blooded, ruthless killing'.
A PSNI spokesman said a 35-year-old man and a 25-year-old man arrested in connection with the investigation remain in custody.
