The murder of a man in a pub in Dublin last night was witnessed by his 17-year-old daughter.
A murder investigation is under way following the shooting in Cabra at around 10pm last night.
Eamon Dunne, from Dunsoghly Drive in Finglas, was shot and killed in the Faussagh House pub.
His 17-year-old daughter was with him when a gunman walked into the pub, singled Dunne out and shot him a number of times. He died at the scene.
It is believed that up to four people were involved in carrying out the attack, which was captured on CCTV. The gunman escaped in a waiting car.
The 34-year-old victim was a convicted drug dealer and was currently before the courts for conspiracy to rob a cash-in-transit van in Celbridge three years ago.
Gardaí have issued an appeal for witnesses.
