A 37-year-old woman involved in chartering aircraft for Munster away matches has appeared at Limerick District Court in the city on a number of charges.
Pamela Hickey, of Ashford, Patrickswell, Co Limerick, faced two charges of chartering the services of Monarch Airlines by deception on dates in September 2004 and January 2005.
She also faced a charge of creating a false instrument on 14 January 2005, contrary to the Criminal Justice Theft Act.
Defence solicitor John Devane told the court that these are serious charges regarding the booking of various trips to Munster away matches.
The case was adjourned to 1 June next for the serving of the Book of Evidence.
The case is likely to be heard at the Circuit Criminal Court.
