The man who died in yesterday's plane crash in Co Wicklow has been named as 66-year-old Noel Whitney from south Dublin.
The pilot, 69-year-old Dr Michael Slazenger, was critically injured
An air accident investigation is under way into the circumstances of the crash which happened when the single engine aircraft came down on a small private airfield on the Powerscourt Estate.
