A 37-year-man has been arrested after cannabis plants were seized during the search of a house in Galway last night.
Over 100 plants with an estimated street value of €60,000 were found during the raid which was part of an intelligence led operation at the house on New Road in the city.
Gardaí also seized what is believed to be equipment which was being used as part of a hydroponic cannabis cultivation factory.
The man is being held at Galway Garda station.
