A 22-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the double murder in Dublin city centre last weekend.
Gary Howard, from Dunsoghley Grove in Finglas, was charged this evening with the murders of Brendan Molyneaux and Patrick Mooney, both of whom were shot dead last Sunday night.
Howard shouted in court that the charges were a stitch up and refused to stand for the judge because he said he didn't recognise the court.
Judge Patrick McMahon remanded Howard in custody until next Wednesday.
