Man faces sentence for Fahy death

A 46-year-old father of two will be sentenced for the killing of a young Galway man later this month.

Patrick Doherty of Clooncon West, Glenamaddy in Co Galway was found not guilty of murder but guilty of the manslaughter of 20-year-old Frank Fahy on 15 December last year.

Doherty had been convicted in July at the Central Criminal Court in Galway.
