Two arrested over hospital shootings

Two men have been arrested in connection with the shooting of two security men in St James's Hospital on 4 August.

The two, who are both in their 20s, were detained at 7.30am in the Dublin 8 area.

They are being questioned at Kevin Street and Kilmainham Garda Stations.

The victims, who are both 28 years old, work for a security firm contracted by St James's Hospital to provide security for patients and nursing staff.
