Taxi representatives met the Minister for Transport this afternoon after an independent report rejected a moratorium on new licences.
Taxi representatives met the Minister for Transport this afternoon following the publication of an independent report which failed to recommend a moratorium on new taxi licences.
Minister Noel Dempsey asked the unions to consider the Goodbody report in full before it goes before the taxi advisory council and an Oireachtas committee.
Taxi representatives said they were disappointed with the Minister's response.
