A 20-year-old man who was being held in connection with a fatal shooting in Tallaght in Dublin has been released without charge.
Stephen O'Halloran, 20, was shot a number of times in his upper body and was found dead in the driveway of a house on Kilmartin Drive on 19 January.
A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to his arrest.
Two other men arrested over the shooting remain in garda custody.
