Police in the North have released a 22-year-old man who had been questioned in connection with the death of a man in Magherafelt in Co Derry early on Sunday morning.
The PSNI say he was released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The body of 47-year-old prison officer William Guy was found in a property in the Rainey Street area of the town.
It is understood he lived not far from there.
The PSNI are awaiting the results of further post mortem examinations after a preliminary post mortem was inconclusive.
