A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Paul Reay in Drogheda more than two years ago.
Mr Reay was shot dead as he left his home to go to a nearby district court to face drugs charges in November 2006.
His sister was also injured in the incident in the Marley's Lane area.
A man in his early 40s was arrested this morning and is being held at Drogheda Garda Station.
