The trial of the 26-year-old man accused of the Northern Bank robbery has been adjourned.
Christopher Ward will reappear at Belfast Crown Court tomorrow.
A prosecution lawyer told the judge that progress had been made in legal discussions outside the court.
Mr Ward, who was an employee with the bank in Donegall Square West, denies a charge of robbing the bank in December 2004.
He denies two further charges of falsely imprisoning a bank colleague and his wife.
