Police in Northern Ireland are investigating a series of violent incidents in Belfast over the weekend.
Two men were injured early this morning in an altercation that took place at Belgravia Avenue on the Lisburn Road.
A 24-year-old man received severe cuts to his face and a 22-year-old received a suspected fractured jaw.
Both were taken to hospital for treatment for their injuries.
The PSNI has appealed for witnesses to contact them.
Meanwhile, a 27-year-old man is still being held by police investigating a stabbing in east Belfast.
A 25-year-old man is in serious condition after he was stabbed in the stomach yesterday afternoon at Epworth Street, off the Albertbridge Road.
A 23-year-old who was arrested following the incident has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Elsewhere, one person has been arrested following an altercation early this morning at Toomebridge in Co Antrim.
According to the PSNI a legally held shotgun was fired once during the incident at Crosskeys Road shortly before 4am.
No-one was injured but pellet damage was caused to a vehicle.
