Three men arrested in connection with the death of John Twomey in Co Cork last week have been released without charge.
Mr Twomey died in an ambulance on its way to Cork after he and his brother, Pat, were involved in a fracas in a field near their farm at Rylane.
The three, one in his 50s, and two in their 20s, were arrested in the Rylane area yesterday morning.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
