Gardaí in Co Westmeath are investigating a number of incidents which occurred in Mullingar.
Three separate disturbances in the town overnight.
Officers say what is believed to have been a petrol bomb was thrown at a house at about 10pm - the property was partially damaged in the attack.
A car and a van were also damaged during later disturbances.
No-one was injured in any of the incidents and no arrests have been made.
It is understood the incidents may be connected to a long-running feud involving a number of families in the Mullingar area.
