Gardaí in Mayo are investigating an incident in which a shot was fired at a shop and filling station in the village of Killkelly.
The public order incident happened yesterday afternoon and involved a group of people who arrived at the store.
A number of people were injured and taken to hospital.
Gardaí say they are investigating reports that a gun was discharged.
A technical examination of the gun is being carried out.
There have been no arrests so far.
