Four men, two armed with a firearm and a hammer, are being sought following a robbery at a post office in Bray, Co Wicklow.
The men entered the post office on Quinnsboro Road at around 10.20am.
They escaped in a silver Peugeot 407 car with an 06 D registration, which was later recovered at Sutton Villas off the Lower Dargle Road in Bray.
The men stole an undisclosed sum of money.
No shots were fired, and no one was injured in the incident.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses who may have information in relation to the robbery or who may have seen the car being abandoned to contact Bray Garda station at 01 6665300 or the Confidential Garda Line 1800 666 111.
