Over 200 holidaymakers have arrived back at Dublin Airport on a special flight from Cyprus where they were stranded after their tour operator, Fáilte Travel, went out of business on Friday.

Some people had been stranded for more than 48 hours in Cyprus. Flights leaving from Dublin were also cancelled.

The Commission for Aviation Regulation has been working to fly holidaymakers home, and will also help arrange refunds for cancelled flights.

Meanwhile, the Irish Aviation Authority has said it does not expect any more delays at Dublin airport from tomorrow.

The IAA says Air Traffic Controllers are generally meeting demand but some minor delays are being experienced at peak times.
