Garda experts have told the Ennis conspiracy to murder trial that a computer from the Howard's property business was used to search for information on contract killers, inheritance rights and wills.
The computer was allegedly used by Sharon Collins.
The 45-year-old, of Kildysart Road, Ennis, Co Clare denies conspiracy to murder by hiring a hitman - Essam Eid from Las Vegas - to kill her partner PJ Howard and his two sons.
Detective Sergeant Michael Gubbins gave evidence of hours of Internet activity on a computer the prosecution claims was used by Ms Collins.
An examination of the computer's memory showed that an email account in the name of Ms Collins and another called 'lyingeyes98' were accessed from the same computer on the same day and at around the same time.
There were several Internet searches carried out using the Yahoo search engine for contract killers, hitmen and inheritance rights for co-habiting couples. The user had also looked for information on wills.
Earlier, an FBI agent told the court he had carried out a search for a woman called Maria Marconi in the state of Nevada.
Ms Collins had told gardaí that a woman of that name had visited her in Ireland and had used her computer.
However, an FBI agent told the court he had checked with police departments and other state bodies including immigration and could find no record of her.
