Two men who were arrested as part of the investigation into the murder of Barry Maguire in Ashbourne last Christmas have been released without charge.
The men were arrested early yesterday morning and were brought to Drogheda and Balbriggan garda stations where they were questioned.
The two were released late last night and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
23-year-old Mr Maguire died on 26 December 2007 following a row in the Milltown Estate in Ashbourne, Co Meath.
