Two men in their early 20s were arrested this morning in connection with the death of 23-year-old Barry Maguire last December.
The men were arrested in Lusk, Co Dublin and Ashbourne, Co Meath.
They are being detained at Drogheda and Balbriggan garda stations.
Mr Maguire died at Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown after being stabbed outside a house in the Milltown Estate in Ashbourne on 26 December 2007.
