Two further Citroën car dealers have appeared in court on price fixing charges.
They are being investigated by the Competition Authority in relation to an alleged price fixing cartel.
Three other car dealerships have already been charged this year in connection with the alleged cartel.
Brian Smyth, of 8 Castlelands in Balbriggan Co Dublin, and Michael Patrick Gibbs, of 11 Upper Carrickhill Road in Portmarnock, Co Dublin, appeared before Dublin District Court today.
The company of which they are directors, Gowan Motors (Parkgate) Ltd, was also charged.
The men both face two summonses alleging that they aimed to prevent, restrict or distort competition in the motor vehicle trade by directly or indirectly fixing the selling prices of Citroën vehicles.
A second company, Finglas Motors M.50 Ltd, also faces two summonses.
Judge Elizabeth McGrath adjourned the matters until 12 March 2008 to allow preparation of a book of evidence.
