A 28-year-old man has appeared in Youghal District Court charged in connection with the murder of a man in Co Tipperary two years ago.
John Paul Buck, from Heywood Close in Clonmel, was charged with the murder of Fergus Roche at Heywood Close on 1 October 2005.
He is also charged with arson at a house in Heywood Close on the same occasion.
Sergeant Mick Henebry gave evidence of arrest, charge and caution and told the court that Mr Buck made no reply to either charge.
Judge Terence Finn remanded the accused to appear at Cahir District Court sitting in Clonmel tomorrow.
