Cocaine worth an estimated €1.5m has been seized by gardaí following a raid in Dublin.
The raid was part of a series of investigations under Operation Thaw, set up to tackle the distribution and supply of drugs in Coolock and Darndale, north Dublin.
The searches at Grove Lane in Coolock took place this afternoon.
A small quantity of ammunition and firearms components along with paraphernalia for mixing cocaine, including a weighing scale and a substantial quantity of mixing agent, were recovered
Gardai believe a cocaine mixing factory was being operated or run from the location.
