A man in his 20s is being sought following a robbery at a post office in Dublin this after noon.
A man armed with a knife entered the post office at Bayside Shopping Centre at around 2.30pm and demanded cash.
He escaped on foot with an undisclosed sum of money. It is thought the amount was not substantial.
One person, a member of staff, was in the post office at the time and was not injured during the incident.
The raider is described as being in his mid-20s, 6'2" in height, with red hair. He was wearing a white baseball cap.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
