Two men, aged 21 and 36, are appearing at Cork District Court charged in relation to robberies at two Credit Unions.
The first incident took place on 30 October 2007 at Bishopstown Credit Union in Cork.
A quantity of cash was stolen and the two raiders fled the scene on a motorcycle.
The second took place on the 6 November 2007 at Lough Credit Union in Togher.
Two men wearing motorcycle helmets entered the credit union at about 4.18pm.
The men were intercepted by uniformed gardaí following the second raid and arrested near the scene.
A quantity of cash and an imitation firearm were recovered.
