Gardaí in Dublin say they have broken up a major cocaine preparation factory and supply operation, following a series of overnight raids.
They said the premises that were raided at the Hillcrest Business Park on the Greenhills Road in Walkinstown last night was being used as a cocaine-pressing factory.
Five firearms were seized as well as hundreds of rounds of ammunition and €500,000 worth of cocaine.
It is understood vacuuming machines and pressing equipment was also found at the Walkinstown premises.
Four men are being questionedfollowing the seizure of €60,000 worth of drugs, firearms, cash and ammunition.
A forensic team is also examining the lock-up where a cache of firearms, and drugs paraphernalia was found last night.
Two men were also arrested there.
The raid was one of a series of raids carried out in south and west Dublin, as part of an investigation targeting gang-related criminals.
A firearm was found earlier at a search in Oakway in Clondalkin.
A 28-year-old man was arrested there and is being questioned at Pearse Street Garda Station.
