Three Pakistani men were arrested at Dublin Airport today attempting to smuggle 34,000 vials of testosterone.

The steroids, worth about €400,000 Euro, were concealed in the men's baggage, when they arrived on a flight from Karachi via Abu Dhabi.

The three, aged in their thirties, have been charged with evading VAT and importing a restricted medicine.

They were remanded in custody and are due to appear in Clover Hill Court on Tuesday 31 July.
