The former British Conservative Defence Minister has revealed that he had homosexual experiences as a student. However, in an interview with the Times of London, Michael Portillo insisted that none of the experiences took place after he became an MP. Mr. Portillo lost his seat at the last General Election, but there has been speculation that he will stand as a Conservative candidate in the by-election caused by Alan Clarke's death.
