Our delicious hummus recipe with coriander and lime is a tasty dip for the family to enjoy as well as a perfect finger food dip for your weaning baby. Quick and easy to do, it's perfect served with some chopped vegetables for a delicious and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 200g tin of chickpeas
- Small handful of coriander
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- Juice of one lime
- 4 Tbsp tahini
Method
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Serve with chopped vegetables and enjoy!
Storage
Keep in the fridge for about a week. You can also freeze Hummus for future use, allowing to defrost in the fridge overnight.
