This Healthy Halloween Ghost Toast is a healthy alternative to get something savoury into the kids this Halloween before they head out Trick or Treating!

Method

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Slice the cheese into long strips.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce over the toast and add the cheese.
  4. Melt the cheese under the grill or in your microwave.
  5. Add a slice of olive for the eyes to serve!
