Serve with lemon wedges.
Ingredients
- 2-4 langoustines per person
- 100g melted butter
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Rinse the langoustines under cold water.
- Split each langoustine lengthwise but don't push the knife through the shell on the back of the torso.
- Melt the butter and mix with the crushed garlic, lemon juice and little bit of olive oil.
- Place the langoustines on a baking tray, brush over generously with the butter mix and sprinkle some salt and black pepper on top.
- Place under hot grill for about 8 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
