Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of blueberries
  • 2 handfuls of raspberries or strawberries
  • 2 tblsp flax seeds
  • 1 tblsp goji berries, soaked overnight in water and drained
  • Small pot of goat's yoghurt

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor and blend till smooth. Drink immediately.
