Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of blueberries
- 2 handfuls of raspberries or strawberries
- 2 tblsp flax seeds
- 1 tblsp goji berries, soaked overnight in water and drained
- Small pot of goat's yoghurt
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor and blend till smooth. Drink immediately.
