A Patrick Kavanagh column for the RTÉ Guide which is devoted entirely to the subject of himself and coincides with the broadcast of a film about his life and work.
In the first of an occasional series on Irish writers, Patrick Kavanagh is put under the spotlight. Commenting on the broadcast of this film, Kavanagh comments in the RTÉ Guide: “At all events I do hope, that you my dear people, will turn on your sets on the 10th of the 10th and forgive me my trespasses.”
