The independent inquiry into the Thames Television 'This Week' programme, ‘Death On The Rock’, about the SAS shootings of three Irish Republican Army (IRA) terrorists in Gibraltar, released their findings today. The inquiry's conclusion that the programme posed no real risk of prejudice to the inquest has been rejected by the British government.
