Rolls-Royce continues to be a premier luxury motor car brand.

Autocar magazine has voted the Rolls‑Royce Phantom the best car ever. The Rolls-Royce brand is celebrating a 102 year legacy of craftsmanship and engineering excellence.

Anyone hoping to experience this level of luxury will need to part with just under €400,000 for a new model. However, buyers may face a challenge as not a single car dealership on the island of Ireland currently has a brand‑new Rolls‑Royce available for sale.

For more than a century, various Rolls‑Royce models have made their way across the Irish Sea, and the Cassidy family has played a notable role in keeping that heritage alive. Collectors Richard Cassidy Sr. and Richard Cassidy Jr. now own five Rolls‑Royce cars. The latest addition to their fleet is a 1939 pre‑war Rolls‑Royce Wraith sourced from Amsterdam. With only 390 units ever produced, it has become the standout piece in their collection.

The father‑and‑son team also operate a Rolls‑Royce hire service, and their elegant 1939 Wraith has become an especially popular car for weddings.
