After sixty years of service a Meath postwoman will hang up her cap and postbag.

Sarah Keenan who is aged seventy five started working as a postwoman in the small County Meath village of Clonee, when she was a teenager.

For six decades she delivered the post, never missing a day through illness, and clocking up over six hundred and eighty thousand kilometres on her bicycle on a daily route that covers thirty seven kilometres a day.
