A young award winning chef demonstrates how to make a sponge cake.
Dermot Coburn lives with his parents on the family farm in Kilcurry County Louth. Although only thirteen years of age he is an experienced baker taking prizes at the summer Dundalk Show.
Dermot Coburn took home the perpetual cup in the children's section for the highest points in cookery. He became the first boy ever to win the trophy.
